Harmony & Notices and Order

Harmony & Notice and Orders is all about reporting on who the owners and occupants or tennants are not happy with. It may be each other, the original builder, neighbouring buildings or the local council. When a lot of people all live in the same area there is always going to be disputes, small and large and that is what these two sections report.

Harmony

This section reports on Breach of By-Law letters that have been sent by the Strata Manager to Occupants who are breaking the rules set by the Owners Corporation. Common By-Laws Breaches include parking in visitors spaces and noise violations. This section also report on complaints made by residents and other correspondence  between the residents, the Strata Manager or the Executive Committee in relation to dispute occuring within or emanating from the Owners Corporation.

Notices and Orders

This section reports on more serious harmony matters where the Executive Committee or a resident of a Strata Scheme has applied for thier matter to be heard by a Strata Schemes adjudicator. This section reports on the applications made and the orders handed down by the Strata Schemes adjudicator. This section also report on other forms of legal action launched by the Owners Corporation or individual Lot Owners.  A common example of this would be legal action launched by the Owners Corporation against the Original builder in relation to Building Defects.
