What is a Strata Inspection?
A Strata Inspection involves a trained inspector going to the Strata Managing Agents nominated by the Owners Corporation to hold the records of the Owners Corporation. It is in the Strata Managing Agents office that the inspector reads through all of the documents received and sent by the Strata Manager on behalf of the Owners Corporation.
